New Dys 88

Shadowcaller sanoo:
When he goes down to the main room again, the inn-keeper tells him that a woman named "Zola" is waiting for him… he points at a blond woman sitting at a nearby table, she waves at him, grinning. While he can vaguely see that she have Zolas features, she's human. Tanned skin, taller, a bit more softer features and a bit curvier.
Aegnor sanoo:
He smiles broadly back and walks to her, tilting his head. 'Is it really you? I wouldn't recognize that.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Thats why I didn't come to your room directly…" She touches her hair "I think I changed myself a bit too much, the ears feel especially wierd."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I imagine so. But I'm sure if you're keeping it on for longer, you can tweak it a little.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Do you like it?"
"I think thats an almost nessecary question… uh, I mean, dose it look okay?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah. You'll probably get attention anyway.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't mind that kind of attention actually." She smiles back
Zola raises up from the table "So I took the statue with me." She raises up a small leather bag "As well as some money…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, I'm pretty much ready aswell, if you want to get going. Be careful so nobody steals anything, of course.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Don't worry, there is a ward over the bag, just don't try to get something from it thought. Bad things might happend."
She throws her hair back "Well, lets get going then?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Sure. You don't happen to have any preferences as to where to head first?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't know anything about the city, but can't we go to see some attractions?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I thought we could go see all the places that are mandatory first. You know, the ones about which you talk to your friends some day 'I've seen the Grand Palace of that place or been to the Great Library of this place.' and they'll be all amazed.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Friends…" She speaks slowly, zooming ut a bit "Those places sound great, I saw a lot of intresting buildings on the way here actually."
Aegnor sanoo:
(I don't suppose you have some in mind? )
(For I don't)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Of course I have >.>)
Aegnor sanoo:
'We're agreed then?' He stands up and offers her a hand.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She smiles as he reaches out his hand and quickly takes it. "Agreed."

Wolfbane on lisätty keskusteluun.

Wolfbane sanoo:
(Hey)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(There you are.(
(her hand feels wamr to touch >.>)
*warm
Wolfbane sanoo:
(Take it you fell asleep last night? =P )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(I chatted in my sleep o.O)
Aegnor sanoo:
'Then, shall we go?' He makes a slight bow and gestures for her to go towards the door. (I'd be surprised if it didn't)
Wolfbane sanoo:
(I didn't know what that last statement was, so i didn't save it. >.>)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah, but unusual.)
(Otherwise you don't mention it.)
Wolfbane sanoo:
(Naib and Zola?)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Indeed.)
Wolfbane sanoo:
(And since Zola is an Ice Elf, I imagine being warm to the touch is new <.<)
Aegnor sanoo:
(hey, being white doesn't mean you don't have body temperature)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(She isn't actually cold )
(Exactly.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(I'm one of the palest people I've seen… and I'm always cold. Hmm)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Thats beacuse nerds hate the sun… I'm quite pale/cold as well >.>)
Aegnor sanoo:
(my wrist stopped hurting, awesome)
Wolfbane sanoo:
(I've actually had a great day today.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(same with my head)
Wolfbane sanoo:
(Even though it was sunny!)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(It burns!)
Aegnor sanoo:
(go go acetylsalicylic acid)
(Meh, rain sucks more than sun when you have to be out regardless)
(at least when you don't want to)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She nobs as well "We shall."
*nods
Aegnor sanoo:
And they head into the City
Shadowcaller sanoo:
They do, first of all they go to the grand library that Zola passed, it lies near the wizards towers in the temple section of the city.
Aegnor sanoo:
(If this were Cessie, that'd be it for that tour )
Wolfbane sanoo:
(hehehe)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Hey!)
(*8 hours later* "Oh, I haven't looked in this section yet…")
"Intresting architectur, you notice how old it is compared to some of the buildings around it."
"A bit like the library back home actually."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Libraries tend to last rather long unless someone decides to conquer the place and burn them down.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I have to come back here later and see what the books in here says about Hartago."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Simone has some sort of a library condensed into one book, so if you just want to check it out, you could ask her.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Really? That sounds intresting. Have to ask her then."
She smiles as she look at some people passing by, "Do you think they think we are a pair?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Might be, if they even think about us.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hey, I have seen people glancing at us."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I bet they're just jealous of me.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Zola chuckles "Since when did you become so charming, never heard these type of comments before." She grins. "Not that I mind."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hey, it's good to be polite.'
(where they heading next?)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(The light house.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(Great Library AND Great Lighthouse? Whoa, this gotta be a good city, and not even a capital)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Not a great light house >.>=
Aegnor sanoo:
( )
(Well the only difference is one is bigger)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(can they get up high?)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yes, this one is actually open to public, which is why people visit it.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(oh, almost forgot, the city also has Colossus9
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"In my culture, it would come off as you were trying to seduce me."
Aegnor sanoo:
He blushes, although it's mostly hidden by his tan. 'Oh.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She laughs and nudges him with her elbow. "Don't worry, you do just fine." She pauses looking at him, smiling "So, let's go to the lighthouse then?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Sure.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
They walk hand to hand to the light house, there are some more couples there as well when they reach the top. The sun is quite fast going down.
"Ah, so many sun sets I have seen. Now it feels like we are in a romantic book."
Aegnor sanoo:
He smiles. 'Sunsets from high places are always nice.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Truly…" She leans to him a bit "So, how many have you seen? In what countries?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I never counted. Quite a few more than sunrises, however.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Did you ever watch it with someone?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Not really. Of course, I had some friends with me a few times…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I had some partners as you might know, most of them were quite short thought. Elf and human relationships were considred unatural, so we just had some fun without really making it into something serious, and there were so few elves…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Things don't always develop to be serious. But as long as neither side leaves with bad memories…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Which is exaclty what I never did, I made sure they knew what they were getting themselves into." *ahem* "…sorry, I have no idea why I'm talking about my… sorry Naib."
Aegnor sanoo:
He coughs. 'Well, at least the sunset is beautiful.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"It is…" Zola looks quite ashamed.
(She most likely wants to bang her head repeatly into a wall right now
)
Aegnor sanoo:
(heh)
I assume an awkward-ish silence
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Yeah >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
(where next?)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Hmm… the park, midgarden.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(Sunset/Lighthouse should totally have been a bit later )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Perhaps…)
They sit down on a bench near a pond, the lights of the non-electric streets lights are being lit by some guards.
"It's nice to be normal for once…"
"Right here…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, you shouldn't need to be disguised to feel normal.' He sighs.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I know… but usually, wherever I go, I get strange looks. Now, it feels… relaxing somehow. I know that people don't look at me beacuse I look like so different."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah. I suppose.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I can handle the attention otherwise, it's just that it feels good to let the barrier I carry around can be dropped, even once."
*carry around normally
Aegnor sanoo:
He leans back. 'I hope you'll find somewhere where you don't need it at all.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I didn't need it inside my families house, but even outside I was different, it didn't live that many of my kin in Hartago after all."
"It's a nice thought Naib, but I can handle the attnetion, trust me, I have gotten used to it for hudreds of years."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, if you intend to keep travelling you'll need to. But it's best to have somewhere… you know, to feel at 'home'.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Do you have such a place? I mean, I could go back to my families house if it still exits."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I think the school is still there if I'll ever visit it again. It'd be different, of course, but still.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Yeah… I would like to visit my family again, but after so many years… they must all think I'm dead."
"How about your family?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I don't know.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
….(my keyboard is being funny…
(finally…)
"You don't think they miss you? Do you ever miss them?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I doubt they do.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Why? Don't they like you?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I left quite a while ago.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So you think they have forgotten all about you?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Most likely yes.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Thats sad, but if your family have forgotten about you in just… what is it? 20 years?"
"10?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Twenty.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, I have been gone for about 100 years, I must be completely gone for them by now."
"Completely dead to the world… starting a new life from sctatch."
*scratch
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, we didn't really part… in the best of terms.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh?"
"Do you want to talk about it?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Not particularly.' He sighs.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"It's okay." She smiles "Let's drow both our sorrows in some wine shall we? I might get some free drinks with some luck…"

[15:25] Murska: 'Sure. I think there's a good place nearby…'
[15:25] Shadowcaller: "Excelent, lead the way then."
[15:26] Murska: 'As you wish.' He does so.
[15:27] Shadowcaller: (Where exactly? Just some random inn? What type, a populare one with a lot of people or a less populare one… what type of price class?)
[15:28] Murska: (Not that many people, not because it's not a good place but because it's rather small. Medium prices)
[15:32] Shadowcaller: You enter the cheerful jackal inn, the bartender ignores you as you enter, he appears to be quite busy filling drinks to the inn's other patrons.
[15:34] Shadowcaller: The inn have a bard playing music for the guests
[15:35] Shadowcaller: Most of the patrons appears quite drunk already, you settle down on one of the table that is somehow grubby, but decent.
[15:38] Murska: 'What would you like?'
[15:39] Shadowcaller: (sec *sigh*)
[15:42] Shadowcaller: Zola quickly gets access to the menu. "Hmm… I don't know…"
[15:43] Shadowcaller: "I'm hungry, what about you?"
[15:43] Murska: 'I could eat something, true.'
[15:44] Shadowcaller: "They don't have very much on the menu, most of it seems to consist of drinks."
[15:45] Murska: He looks over at the menu. 'That stew is pretty good.' *point*
[15:46] Shadowcaller: "How dose it taste like? Maybe we should get something to drink first?"
[15:46] Murska: 'Let's eat first, we can drink while we're at it.'
[15:47] Shadowcaller: "Okay, I guess I will try the stew then."
[15:50] Shadowcaller: Zola orders two stews. "So, what would you call this? DInner?" She smiles
[15:51] Happy [8]: *hugs* and *poofs*
[15:51] Murska: *hugs*
[15:52] Murska: 'I think that fits best, yeah.'
[15:52] Shadowcaller: (Night.)
[15:54] Shadowcaller: "Dinner… sounds good for me."
[15:55] Shadowcaller: "They appear quite busy so it might take a while." Zola says after having glanced at the innkeeper
[15:56] Shadowcaller: She appears to relax a bit "So, anything else you like to tell me about yourself? Your dreams, ambitions…"
[15:58] Murska: 'Well…'
[15:59] Murska: 'I'm not really sure about what I'm aiming for, other than seeing things. Maybe I'll be a great Master some day and start my own school or something.'
[16:01] Shadowcaller: "Everyone settles down eventually I guess, so having your own school or work at one?"
[16:02] Murska: 'I have my own style so I'd need my own school.' He smiles.
[16:03] Shadowcaller: "You have never showed me that style of yours, whats it like?"
[16:04] Murska: 'Eh… Effective? At least I hope so.'
[16:05] Shadowcaller: Zola chuckles "I guess I won't understand those proffesional terms you use."
[16:07] Murska: 'Well, it's suitable against weapons, which isn't too common.'
[16:08] Shadowcaller: "They say the greatest weapon of all, is the one you can't lose."
[16:09] Shadowcaller: "So how dose you fight against spears and things like that? Sounds quite intresting."
[16:09] Murska: 'Spears are tough. Mainly, I use this.' He pats on the armguard. 'And being fast.
[16:11] Shadowcaller: "Where did you get it? There is something special about it, I can feel it."
[16:12] Murska: 'Well, at first it was what I asked from my Master as a parting gift…'
[16:13] Shadowcaller: "From the university?"
[16:13] Murska: 'Yeah. He even added a minor enchantment to keep it from breaking easily.'
[16:14] Shadowcaller: "Oh, he knew magic?"
[16:17] Murska: 'Well, he was friends with one who did, in fact.'
[16:18] Shadowcaller: (Hm, brbr food, I'll be back soon >.>)
[16:18] Shadowcaller: *brb
[16:23] Murska: .
[16:28] Shadowcaller: '(back.)
[16:29] Shadowcaller: "It was quite the gift, you must have been an incredible student."
[16:31] Murska: 'Well, it was customary for a student leaving to receive a gift from the Master, usually a weapon. But the enchantment was new, true. And it got me thinking, later on. But that's another story.' He winks.
[16:33] Shadowcaller: "Teasing me are you? Well I can play along…"
[16:33] Shadowcaller: The stew arrives.
[16:34] Murska: sec
[16:37] Shadowcaller: Zola tastes it a bit "Hmm… yeah, quite hot. We should have something to drink with it."
[16:41] Murska: 'Yeah. Your turn to choose.'
[16:43] Shadowcaller: Zola raises her hand to get the attention of the waiter who comes quite quickly to her aid. "Thank you." She says with a smile and then looks over it again.
[16:43] Shadowcaller: "Hmm… anything you can recommend Naib?"
[16:44] Murska: 'Mainly that we don't pick anything too cheap. It tends to be… less than pleasant.'
[16:45] Shadowcaller: "The houses special is strangely enough the cheapest on the menu, I wonder what that is…"
[16:45] Murska: (It's a trap!)
[16:46] Shadowcaller: (Clearly >.>)
[16:46] Murska: 'Probably a watered down version of something else on the list.' He grins.
[16:49] Shadowcaller: She smiles "I can't really afford anything too expensive, the money I have isn't even mine."
[16:50] Murska: 'Hey, I invited you so of course I'll have to be the one paying.'
[16:51] Shadowcaller: "Wasn't it I who came up with the idea?"
[16:52] Murska: 'No, I remember clearly asking whether you'd want to come with me to see the city.'
[16:54] Shadowcaller: "Oh, well, if you really want to… I take some Walter Wine then."
[16:54] Shadowcaller: "Just a mug, I don't want to ruin you."
[16:55] Murska: Naib also picks something from the list.
[16:58] Shadowcaller: Zola eats some more of the soup "Not the best I have eaten, but it's good enough. I'm mostly enjoying the company."
[17:00] Murska: 'True enough. But as long as it sates the hunger.'
[17:01] Shadowcaller: "Always so practical‘?"
[17:02] Murska: ’Hey, that isn't fair. I'm far from practical.'
[17:03] Shadowcaller: "So tell me the impractial things you like to do then."
[17:04] Murska: 'Actor, remember?' *smile*
[17:06] Shadowcaller: "You have acted then? I mean, beside for your natural act." She smiles back
[17:07] Murska: 'Well… not /really/…'
[17:09] Shadowcaller: "Oh… how did you get intrested in it then?"
[17:10] Murska: 'Well, I'm pretty good at it.'
[17:10] Murska: 'At least, I think so.' He smiles.
[17:11] Shadowcaller: "Acted a lot in front of a mirror have you?" She chuckles and smiles widely.
[17:12] Murska: 'Mirrors are expensive, you know.'
[17:12] Murska: 'Maybe in front of ponds…'
[17:13] Shadowcaller: Zola laughs.
[17:14] Shadowcaller: "I would like to see that sometime."
[17:15] Murska: He laughs. 'What about now.'
[17:15] Murska: not*
[17:17] Shadowcaller: "Personal secret I suppose? I have a lot of those…"
[17:18] Murska: 'Just a bit embarrassing.'
[17:20] Shadowcaller: "We all do embarrassing things from time to time."
[17:21] Murska: 'Doesn't mean we want others to see them.'
[17:23] Shadowcaller: "Of course not, Nout should know I would rather have stayed in the deep realms a bit longer then for other to have seen some of mine."
[17:27] Shadowcaller: "But you are going to try it for real sometimes right?"
[17:27] Shadowcaller: "I mean… if you are intrested in it."
[17:27] Murska: 'Well, I had to at one point. I think Zubera liked it.'
[17:29] Shadowcaller: "Zubera? Wait… the name sounds familiar."
[17:29] Shadowcaller: "It's my poor memory again isn't?"
[17:30] Murska: 'Goddess of Arts, I think that was it.'
[17:31] Shadowcaller: "Oh… somtimes I forget how amazing your lives have been." o.O
[17:33] Murska: 'I'm just slipping the references into my speech so I can brag about it.' He grins.
[17:35] Shadowcaller: "So what did you do for this goddess then?"
[17:35] Murska: 'Well, she had captured the soul of that guy who I killed in the gods' realms.'
[17:35] Murska: 'And they wanted me to interrogate him further.'
[17:37] Shadowcaller: "Of course…" She replies slowly "So what happend?"
[17:37] Murska: 'Well, I convinced him to tell us everything, saying I was a murderer and had a corpse for him so he wouldn't die once Zubera threw his soul away.'
[17:39] Shadowcaller: "Was it hard? It can't have been your first act right?"
[17:39] Shadowcaller: She looks pretty amazed.
[17:39] Murska: 'It was pretty hard, really.' He shudders. 'I don't like trying to get into the persona of someone like that.'
[17:40] Murska: 'But, you know. I meet new people, I act all the time.'
[17:42] Shadowcaller: "Even right now?" Zola leans back a bit in her chair.
[17:43] Murska: 'A bit.' He smiles. 'Notice how casually I just mentioned visiting the god's realm and speaking with a goddess and such.'
[17:46] Shadowcaller: "Hehe… I guess, acting most be a pretty useful skill."
[17:52] Murska: 'It is. Everyone does it a bit, though.'
[17:52] Shadowcaller: "Yeah, but your actually good at it."
[17:55] Shadowcaller: (Pffh, singing in the rain…)
[17:55] Murska: He shrugs. 'Not /that/ good. It's not like I practice.'
[17:59] Shadowcaller: "But you convinced him right?"
[17:59] Murska: 'True. But that doesn't really prove anything.'
[18:01] Shadowcaller: "I guess… " She finishes her stew "Well, I should tell me something about me as well I guess. The only thing I have done until now is asking questions."
[18:03] Murska: 'Now you got me curious.' He leans forwards expectantly.
[18:07] Shadowcaller: "Well… go ahead and ask then. I can will answer your questions the best way I can."
[18:07] Murska: 'Hmm… Well, what are your ambitions or dreams? What do you intend to achieve?'
[18:10] Shadowcaller: "Intend to achive? Well, I was working on a book actually, about culture."
[18:11] Shadowcaller: "Relationships between people, I always felt that there were such racial missunderstandings, especially wheere I come from. I really wanted to open up, start disscussions."
[18:12] Murska: 'Oh… what about now?'
[18:14] Shadowcaller: Zola lets out a sigh "I lost everything in Sanitys Edge, all my notes, everything i had collected…"
[18:15] Murska: Naib doesn't really know what to say to that. He just looks saddened.
[18:16] Shadowcaller: "I'm just trying to forget it ever happend."
[18:17] Murska: 'Yeah…'
[18:18] Murska: 'So… uh.'
[18:19] Murska: 'What all are you good at?'
[18:19] Murska: 'Hidden talents?'
[18:20] Shadowcaller: "Hidden talents? They say I'm a pretty good dancer, I took classes you know?"
[18:20] Murska: 'Really?'
[18:21] Murska: 'That's also something I'd like to see.'
[18:24] Shadowcaller: "Only if you show some proffesional acting. I learned dancing at Zin'jin islands, among the locals."
[18:25] Murska: 'But I'm no professional…'
[18:25] Shadowcaller: "Well, not every-day acting then‘"
[18:25] Shadowcaller: ?"
[18:27] Murska: ’Well, I suppose if we get some opportunity.' »
[18:28] Shadowcaller: "Don't worry, then I can show you some of my moves." She winks.
[18:29] Murska: 'I'd rather show you how I fight. It's easier to arrange, too, and I'm more confident about it.'
[18:30] Shadowcaller: "Fighting? Me?" Zola chuckles.
[18:32] Murska: 'Well, it's a bit like dancing.' »
[18:33] Shadowcaller: "It is? Well, it's a very special type of dance…"
[18:35] Murska: 'I guess.'
[18:38] Shadowcaller: "So how is figthing then?"
[18:39] Murska: 'It's… refreshing. Makes you feel alive.'
[18:41] Shadowcaller: "Oh… I only saw some tribal war rituals, inn brawls and well… not anything you practice."
[18:43] Murska: 'Well, once I find another tournament I hope you'll be watching?'
[18:44] Shadowcaller: "Of course I would."
[18:45] Shadowcaller: "I doubt they have that sort of stuff here thought."
[18:46] Murska: 'Well, I thought the same but I heard something about some Arena in the most likely somewhat illegal place where I found the statue. Afterwards, I kinda forgot about it, though.'
[18:47] Shadowcaller: "An underground arena?"
[18:48] Murska: 'That kind of places usually aren't worth it though. Not as much money and less safety precautions.'
[18:49] Shadowcaller: "Most likely, yes."
[18:51] Shadowcaller: "So I guess I have to wait then eh?"
[18:51] Murska: 'I apologize but, yeah.'
[18:53] Murska: 'Unless you /really/ want me to seek it out.'
[18:54] Shadowcaller: "No, no… it's okay really."
[18:54] Shadowcaller: "I hope you don't go and do stupid things for me." o.O
[18:55] Murska: 'Bah. What could happen to Naib, the Destroyer of Worlds?' He does a mock impression.
[18:56] Shadowcaller: Zola laughs "Is that you screen name?"
[18:56] Murska: 'Not quite.' He grins.
[18:59] Shadowcaller: "What are you called then?"
[18:59] Murska: 'Just Naib.'
[18:59] Shadowcaller: "It's enough for me."
[18:59] Murska: 'But wouldn't Destroyer of Worlds be pretty good?'
[18:59] Murska: *smile*
[19:01] Shadowcaller: "Eh, it sounds like the someone who is overcompensating for something." *wink*
[19:02] Murska: 'Aww. That hurt.'
[19:03] Shadowcaller: "Just telling the truth you know." Zola grins
[19:03] Murska: 'Truth is painful.'
[19:04] Murska: 'But I suppose I'll have to do with just Naib then.'
[19:07] Shadowcaller: "As I said, it's just fine." She leans forward a bit and puts her hand on his "See the differance? I doubt I ever can be a figther."
[19:07] Murska: 'Well I don't think I could ever write a book.'
[19:09] Shadowcaller: "I'm sure you have plenty of wisdom to share, you don't need delicate hands to write you know."
[19:10] Murska: 'Way too much work for a lazy brute such as me.' He smiles.
[19:11] Shadowcaller: "You don't have the hands of the boy of someone "lazy" Naib."
[19:12] Murska: 'The opposite. I have the hands of someone too lazy to think for an easier solution.' *wink*
[19:14] Shadowcaller: *body
[19:15] Shadowcaller: "I doubt you trained for that."
[19:15] Murska: 'Fine, fine, I give.'
[19:17] Shadowcaller: "Thank you." She smiles "So are we going to order something else? Or should we go elsewhere?"
[19:17] Murska: 'It's your call. The night is still young.'
[19:19] Shadowcaller: "It is… well, I could go for something more potent."
[19:21] Murska: 'Already? Or should we still go see some places?'
[19:22] Shadowcaller: "Not *that* potent, but we could visit some place…"
[19:24] Murska: (any more 'attraction' places left?)
[19:26] Shadowcaller: (Uhh… there is always the temple, the walls… the gray tower, maybe some hill looking out over the city.
[19:26] Shadowcaller: )
[19:28] Murska: 'Hmm… The walls of a city are often cited as important to visit but at night and all, I don't know. (What's the gray tower like/about?)
[19:28] Shadowcaller: (The grey tower is the wizards towers you had dinner in >.>)
[19:30] Murska: (It's open to visitors?)
[19:30] Shadowcaller: (Um, not really.)
[19:31] Murska: 'Maybe we could just take a walk around the trade district. Most of the shops are still open and some only open after sundown.'
[19:33] Shadowcaller: "Sounds intresting, but I don't want you buying anything for me."
[19:36] Murska: 'Fine. You haven't thought of anything to wish for yet?'
[19:38] Shadowcaller: "Well… not really. It's hard when you almost can provide me with anything. Illussions, knowledge, money…"
[19:42] Murska: 'Well, there's got to be something you want. Or something practical, if you want to be dull like me.'
[19:44] Happy [8]: (shall we start another window for Keiga?)
[19:44] Shadowcaller: "Well, you almost seems to be able to get me anything I want."
[19:44] Shadowcaller: (Yeah.)
[19:45] Murska: 'Me? All I can get for you is a lot of pointless banter.'
[19:46] Shadowcaller: "Pointless barter? We are getting to know each other a bit better, I wouldn't call it that. And by "you" I meant the party that already have been far too kind to me."
[19:47] Murska: 'They have done no such thing.' He smiles. 'But I agree with this not being pointless.'
[19:52] Shadowcaller: "They have, they saved me, they gave me clothes to wear, they cured me from madness… they gave me money."
[19:52] Shadowcaller: "I haven't don *anything* for you."
[19:52] Shadowcaller: *done
[19:52] Murska: 'I can't call any of that /too/ kind.'
[19:55] Shadowcaller: "It's far more then anyone done for me to this point."
[19:56] Murska: 'Well I don't think it's a competition.'
[19:58] Shadowcaller: "No… but it's still very new to me."
[20:03] Murska: 'Positive new things. That's good.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I suppose it is, I should be used to getting help anyway, I almost lived on my families money."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, you'll need to become independent sooner or later, though.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"The thing is, that my journies weren't exactly cheap, there was no way I could afford it all on my own."
"And now I can't even pay these drinks with my own money…"
"How did you save money, on your journies I mean."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I didn't. Save money, that is.'
'When I had no money, I had to live cheaply, when I had some I could afford better.'
'And of course sharing your money while you have some is encouraged. That way someone will do you the same.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hard when you are traveling from place to place."
Aegnor sanoo:
'It's pretty common. Most travellers know to help each other, and it also means you get a lot of new friends.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I didn't really travel with anyone, I mostly made friends in different communities, but then I moved on, maybe after a few months or even year, I rarely returned to the same place… it was very hard."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Usually you never meet your friends again. But if you do, there's a lot to talk about.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Yeah… but my friends usually had very expansive habits so I adapted that sort of…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I guess.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So any tips how to raise money? How did you do it? Beside figthing I mean?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Mainly, figure out something you're good at
'then sell it.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh… uh, I'm not sure I can sell my talents really. I mean, beside for offering services as a wizard I mean."
"Which I'm not really experienced with, other as some type of merchenary."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Maybe you can win dancing competitions here and there.' He smiles.
'Anyway, wizard talents are usually paid a lot for, depending on if you got something with practical applications.
'Or you can be an adventurer.' He grins.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
*cough* "Adventurer? Uhh… that's basically like a merchenary right?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Get paid to go kill things.'
'Usually not in wars though.'
'
'Working alone or in small groups.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Kill things? Like an assassin or something?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Eh. It depends. Anyway, they're rare. You know, people like Aegnor except that they get paid for it.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Thats another question, how have they earned it? I know Cessie is froma rich family like me, or at least she appears to be, but the others?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'You'll need to ask them. I don't know.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, I need to organize up my life again, somehow."
"But I need to take a new path now I guess, at least until we get to Hartago."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Dancing would be fun… but maybe a bit unclassy."
"I will just see what comes along I guess." She leans back in her chair.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Don't let 'classy' get in the way of 'fun'. He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She chuckles,"You haven't seen me dance yet." *wink*
Aegnor sanoo:
'True.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Just stop me if I step up ona table okay?" Zola replies grinning.
*on a
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hmm.' He adopts a thinking pose. 'I'm not sure if I should…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She slaps him playfully on the arm "Hey! I'm a woman with class."
Aegnor sanoo:
'But it might be interesting.' He grins.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Intresting? Maybe when I'm drunk. Otherwise I would read poetry or something likr that." She giggles.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Poetry, standing on the table… hmm.'
'I could sell tickets.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Assuming people would actually pay intrest… on the poetry I mean."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well it all depends on how we… present it.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"How would you present it then? I'm curious."
Aegnor sanoo:
He waves with his hand. 'Nothing.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Nothing? You are leaving me to present it all by myself? What kind of friend are you?" Zola continues in a still merry tone.
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'm no friend in this case, just the one who cheats you out of your money.' He winks.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hey, who said I was going to share anything?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'You're busy with the poetry while I gather the money, of course.' He grins.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"If I'm not drunk, I think I can drag you all the way back here thought."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hm. Point. I suppose I shouldn't try to cheat a wizard.'
'Besides, a scheme like that doesn't suit me.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"What type of treacherous schems intrests Naib then?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'They need to be… elegant.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Like wishing back the ring you used to buy the wish with?"
Aegnor sanoo:
(I don't think he told it was a ring)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Hm, if he didn't lets say he told her at some point or that she said "thing".)
Aegnor sanoo:
(go 'thing' )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtR2m20C2YM&feature=related
Aegnor sanoo:
'No, that wasn't quite it either.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So what is a "classy" scheme then? Am I a part of one right now? Hm?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'The best kinds of schemes end with either the victim not noticing anything or, even better, walking off satisfied aswell.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So am I?" She smiles and Naib might notice a certain cat sitting on the bar desk, watching him (if he can take his eyes of Zola that is^^)
Aegnor sanoo:
'Now that would be telling.' He winks.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Really? Well, maybe I have you in a even more complez scheme eh?"
"So compilcated and well designed, that even I don't know about it.!
"
*complicated
Aegnor sanoo:
'Maybe we're both trapped in a scheme so complex that the outcome might just as well be called random chance.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Maybe… but I rether think we are here by our own choice."
*rather
Aegnor sanoo:
'Never really cared about 'destiny'.'
'If there is a plan, it'll never be revealed to anyone so it doesn't matter.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well said good sir, now may I have another drink perhaps?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Weren't we supposed to take a walk?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh right… well I guess I better save some money, lets walk shall we?" She stands up and offers him her hand
Aegnor sanoo:
He takes it, standing up.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
The cat jumps down the table and leaves the inn (if he have his eyes turned to that location that is.)
You pay for the food and leaves the inn. "So where now?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Random wandering, with nary a goal in mind, eh?' He starts leading her towards the area with most of the shops, especially the ones open at less-than-full daylight. But not straight, of course.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
They sell live crabs, lobsters, fish and so fourth. Some have cheap perfumes, childrens toys, sweets, flowers, hot drinks, balms, sandwhiches, musical instruments, religious items, exotic fruits, charms and so foruth.
*fourth
Aegnor sanoo:
Any boardgames?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Well, there is some basic games, such as chess-like games and so on.
Aegnor sanoo:
Well, he shows her around.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So much to buy… and so little money." o.O
Aegnor sanoo:
'That's how it usually is.'
Happy [8] sanoo:
(*hugs* going to bed now)
(i'll stay logged in for the log)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(See you Happy, I guess we won't see wolfy for a few days >.>)
"This time I have no money thought."
Aegnor sanoo:
'You'd best get used to that.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
*sigh* "I wish I could just wish for more money really."
"I can't buy any of this with good conscience."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, if you wish for something sufficiently expensive and convert it to money, you can put the money in banks or buy holdings enough that you won't need to worry about that ever again.
'The problem being that anything that expensive is bound to get people looking for it, if it's somehow not magically protected.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Can't it just create something?"
"Like gold, I could ask for ten gold bars."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Ask it, but I'm pretty sure it has to actually take them from somewhere.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"But spirits create things all the time, like… I'm longer for example."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I don't know.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I know thats magic, but in principle."
Aegnor sanoo:
'If yes, then go ahead and ask for a few tons of gold. But prefarably be somewhere safe before doing that.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I could do that, but I guess that would drastically decrease the value of it, am I right?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, not /drastically/, if you don't make huge amounts of it. And even if you do, if you don't use it thoughtlessly.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hm, I'll think of something, but it's more of a immediate wish I have right now really."
"Ugh… well lets move on then? I can' stand seeing things I can't buy…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Sure.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She stops at the little game store "..yeah, lead on." She turns to you "Where?"
Aegnor sanoo:
He looks at the store aswell. 'You mentioned you like boardgames?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Yeah… but they are expensive, my late husband and I used to play Vack all the time (chess-like game). As well as other games, quite intresting what you can find when you travel the world."
Aegnor sanoo:
(why not just chess? »)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Lets say chess then? )
Aegnor sanoo:
(sure)
'I've played a few but, as you said, they're expensive.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Mhm… we better move on."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah.'
They head… somewhere?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
What type of place would he be looking for?
Aegnor sanoo:
Something she'd like.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Well, there is a teather.
Aegnor sanoo:
He asks her whether she'd like to go there.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"A teather? This place ceartinly have a lot of intresting places, must have been that brown building… I can't afford that either…" >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
(theater or theatre)
'Well, it's not an object so I wouldn't be buying you anything, right?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Tickets are objects too and I'm sure they are quite expensive. Let's just… walk."
Aegnor sanoo:
'If you're sure…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Zola sigh and looks directly into your eyes "I'm very grateful that you would be willing to buy things for me Naib, but you have done more then you think for me already and I haven't given you anything back. I can't accept much else without feeling bad."
"Some weeks ago, we were perfect strangers… your really too kind."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hey, I'm sure you'll pay me back some time.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hard to pay back some of things you have done for me."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, everything doesn't have to be equal. You'll probably try to help me if I get stuck somewhere.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Helping the man with the iron fist? Thats have to be quite hard."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'm just a man. You got your magic and you still got in trouble, I'm sure I'll have my share of problems.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't see you traveling down to the deep realm thought." She smiles
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hey, most of the group have. Maybe it'll be my turn soon.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I hope not, maybe fate favors you better eh?"
"I mean, you have already seen more things then most people have seen in their life, it have to settle down eventually."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Probably.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
You eventually find yourself at the bridge between shipside (the docks) and midgarden (the rich district.)
Aegnor sanoo:
They stop and stare into the water which reflects the faint light from the city lights?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(>.>)
(There people moving around here you know, busy town, you might want to get off the main street.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(It's night, I doubt there's THAT much movement. Anyway, you said we end up here, I'm just trying to think what they'd do there)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Well, I guess you can go along the river…)
(Also, I find these "overpowered universes" a bit funny.)
(Since we all know who really would win them all.)
(In the media thread.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(checked it)
(the Whisperingworm universe ofc)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Eh, the forum god-modder beats them all )
(I alter reality be casting-)
(Immune.)
(You can't be immune it's a-)
(Immmmune!)
*by casting
Aegnor sanoo:

(or the ever-classic 'I kill you.')
Shadowcaller sanoo:
So they go along the river then.
"Hm, I feel strangely sober, I imagined myself quite drunk by now." She smiles
Aegnor sanoo:
'Maybe it's good. Not always drunk, you know.' He smiles back.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Hmm, god-modders against over-zelous fans?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(losers are the audience)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, I didn't even dare to touch alchol until a few days ago. I wasn't really myself after the deep realms."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Who would.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"It feels like I'm getting back to my old self now thought, I'm leaving all that behind me. So I might be overdoing it a bit, maybe…" Zola smiles again, giving his hand a light squeeze.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Maybe you need to make a new self, to go with your new life.' He doesn't sound very serious.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I'm not sure what my new life consists of really, I'm already talking to get back to my old life." o.O
"I shouldn't as my old life is gone by now."
Aegnor sanoo:
Naib squeezes her hand comfortingly, lacking words.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She turns to him, holding his hand firmly "Thanks for supporting me Naib, this, while I don't show it, quite hard to go through."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I can imagine…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I'm just happy you are here for me."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I will.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She blushes "So… beautiful evening tonight."
Aegnor sanoo:
He just smiles. 'Indeed it is.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"A bit windy, but we are so close to sea so thats…" She drifts off, looking not really sure what to say.
She suddenly stops "So… what do you want to do now?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Not sure… anything we haven't seen that you'd like to?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I… gods, I'm usually not this awkward. It have been a while after all."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hmm?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, when it comes to these types of things. Usually I at least would have kissed you by now but… I find myself… I don't know, I can't explain it." She looks into his eyes again, "WOuld you really… I mean, this is not me after all."
Aegnor sanoo:
He has a small smile on his lips and is letting her fumble on with her words. 'Would I what?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I should know already, we talk and…." She pauses and then says blunty "Do you like me?"
"I mean, in that… special way."
Aegnor sanoo:
He's quiet for a moment. 'Yes. I don't know why or how, but I do like you. As you might have noticed.' He smiles again.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"You haven't liked anyone before?" She sounds a bit suprised.
Aegnor sanoo:
'I have. At least I think I have. It's just never worked out in the end. Probably because I never settled down.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I have been married you know?" She smiles, looking a bit relived
Aegnor sanoo:
'You mentioned it.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Yeah… well, this was a lot harder I thought it would be, I guess I'm just too sober."
Aegnor sanoo:
He looks directly into her eyes. 'I'm still glad you were sober.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"You are?"
She blinks.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yes. How else would I know you're serious?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hey, I can be serious while drunk as well… but this won't effect our friendship right?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Let's just see what happens. And no matter what, I'm willing to be a friend.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Now this is something I haven't really discovered yet, often I have either friends or… physical friends. But you are kind of like both at the same time, it gets a bit confusing… I'm overanalyzing aren't I?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'A bit.' He smiles. 'You want to try that kiss now?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Sure, as long as you would be willing to do it when I'm not human as well." She smiles, being not entierly serious.
Aegnor sanoo:
'I would. In fact, maybe we should save it until you look like yourself again… it's a bit awkward otherwise.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Feels like kissing two different women?"
Aegnor sanoo:
He smiles. 'Not that I should mind…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, this is sort of our third "date" really…"
She comes closer and gives him a light kiss. "How was that?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I suppose that works for the romantic spot. But I want to try again once we get back to the inn and you can look like yourself.' He grins teasingly.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Feels a bit mechanical right now don't you think?"
"So yeah… lets go to the inn."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Which?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Our inn I guess, where Helena is." >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hm. But don't you…' »
Shadowcaller sanoo:
8What?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(ask him? )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"What?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Uh… share a room there?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh… you mean like that, well, we could take another room I guess, only for the night, if you want to do that." >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
'Um, no, I don't mind. Just… nothing.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"No, no it's okay… we could take our own room, it's only up to us…"
Aegnor sanoo:
» awkward
'Let's just go back to the inn.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She nods "Yeah… lets go back to the inn." She takes his hand again. (Yeah >.>)
Aegnor sanoo:
They… head back to the inn.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(They do I guess….)
(>.>)
Hm, I really need to finish that narration… been over 24 hours now
Aegnor sanoo:
»
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Done…
Aegnor sanoo:
So, they arrive at the inn
Shadowcaller sanoo:
They do.
The innkeeper gives you another room.
Aegnor sanoo:
first Zola goes talk to Helena?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
I guess she dose. (We continued that actually.)
(But they have to wake up Cessie…)
(Need to eat… brb.)
Aegnor sanoo:
.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
sec
back
(So we fast forward that bit I suppose?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(probably )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Indeed…)
(So where is Naib?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(Waiting for her right outside, I guess)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She returns, in her usual form, perhaps a few pounds rounder then the last time he saw her, but it's still her. "back to normal…" She touches her ears.
Aegnor sanoo:
He smiles. 'I see.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I had starved in the deep realms, so I asked her to put me back the way I was before."
She smiles back "So… where now?" Her face is yet again hidden in a deep cloak.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Your choice. I could head back for some sleep…' He winks. 'But first, would you come here?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Over to him?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(yeah)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She slowly walks over to him. "Sure…"
"I'm not even tired yet really."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I think you asked if I'd be willing to kiss you as an elf…' He draws her closer into a deeper kiss.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Her hood falls back, revealing how stunned she looks. They kiss for a while I guess. >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
'That answer your question?' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She blinks, looking a bit confused "I belive it did…"
She smiles "I'm sorry, but it feels so… strange, in a good way."
"And I'm supposed to be the experienced one…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I can't say I've kissed an elf before.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Dose it feel any different to you?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'It's a bit different. As you said, strange in a good way.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I suppose I'm exotic."
She smiles
again.
Aegnor sanoo:
'One of a kind.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"The eyes don't creep you out or anything." She remains close to him, looking amused.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Now that you mention it, they /are/ a bit creepy…' He grins. 'Not really.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
?
She glances back into the corridor, "I suppose we should go to our room and continue this conversation." She puts her arms around his waist and gives him a quick tug.
Aegnor sanoo:
'If that's your decision.' He walks with her.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
So they enter their room and she sits down on the bed. "So, I suppose you haven't been around many elves before?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Pretty much none before I met Aegnor and his village. I had seen a few of course…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"A whole village of elves?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, he was with a village of wolfen and elves, Gallion. The incident with Kyou.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Right, what type of elves?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Uh. The only type I had seen before you. Kinda like him but without red hair.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"High elves I think they are called, but really, the only thing different between us is the color of our skin and eyes."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Any other types I should know about?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"There are "dark elves" with darker skin, then there is wood elves… but it's mostly humans who make up these terms, we are not any more different then different races of humans."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I suppose.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So want to sit down here?"
She pats a spot in the bed beside her.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Why thank you. It does seem comfortable.' He smiles and sits there.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She puts her arm around his shoulder and leans her head against him "So what do you want to do?"
"I'
*"We don't need to get nude or anyhing, if you don't want to, it's only the third date after all…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, talking is fine with me…' (After all, he heard something about what was going on at Sanity's Edge and really doesn't want to push for anything she might be uncomfortable with.)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(>.>)
"Okay, not that we need our own room for that." She smiles
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, /that/ depends on the topic.' He smiles back.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(gah.)
(Okay… should we continue this tomorrow before I fall asleep? We need things to do during the weekend anyway >.>)
Zola giggles and kisses him lightly on the cheeck "Very true, but you must be the first one I talked like that with."
Aegnor sanoo:
(I suppose. Not that I'm tired. )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(We can go on a little bit..)
Aegnor sanoo:
He moves a little closer. 'Ever?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Nope, I mean, not so that we needed our own room for it. Generally, the parties were pretty open minded."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, what should we talk about?' He starts fiddling with his armguard to take it off.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hm, favorite thing about yourself?" She smiles
Aegnor sanoo:
'Myself? That's a trick question, isn't it?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Of course not, I'm intrested…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well that's difficult. How do you say what's the best thing about yourself? Am I not all around great?' He grins.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh come now, someone as competetive as you must have a ego somehwere."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Maybe, but it's well hidden.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well, let it out then, whats great about you?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Tough question.' He thinks for a moment. 'Well, I guess it's good that I don't stay down. Not when knocked down physically or by the events.' He smiles. 'I'm really not good at bragging seriously.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I would hardly call that bragging Naib, it's about confidence. If you can't name anything you think your great at, then you can't have a very good one. Whats great about me is that I can learn and adapt new things quite easily, even at this age."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hey, I'm confident. I'm just so great at everything, it's difficult to name a single thing.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So, if your so confident, mind telling me what made you intrested in me? Don't worry, I ask everyone this question. It's a social thing." Zola replies.
She titlies her head a bit and smiles.
*titles
Aegnor sanoo:
'An experiment? Well, anyone would be interested in a woman who walks up to you in a cloud of darkness, asks for her cat and then faints on you, don't you think?' He smiles. 'Not to mention you also travel.' (tilts)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(RIght, I never figured out the spelling for that one…)
"If you are into ravaging lunatics…" She rolls her eyes.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, if you want to ask what made curiosity grow into… well, this. Then I must refute your claim that you aren't interesting. I like talking with you, and just being with you.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Quite simple then, more spiritual then physical, I mean, I like you in both ways as I said before. If I can talk a bit open, I was kind of curious what your muscles could do other then fighting. Hehe… and I also, as you found you very easy to talk to, a very fashinating person I wanted to get more of."
*found out
Aegnor sanoo:
'Thanks, I suppose.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hey, you don't need to thank me for pointing out the truth, a lot of women like strong men, it's a primal thing I suppose."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Sometimes pointing out the truth is very much worth thanking.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"If you say so Naib, I'm the girl with the personality after all."

Aegnor sanoo:
'The personality and the beauty. What's there not to like?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Beauty? If you are into white things as my college was I suppose."
Aegnor sanoo:
He raises his arm a bit, extremely pale under the armguard. 'I like the shape aswell as the colour.' *smile*
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Oh, well I suppose I should thank you too then, I don't get many comments like that." She smiles back
Aegnor sanoo:
'For pointing out the truth, as it were?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Indeed, I look a bit better now then before at least." She leans foward, takes hold of his chin and then kisses him again
"But I don't exaclty think I look bad, almost all elves look good in humans eyes, especially with a few pounds in the right places." She grins, letting go of his chin.
Aegnor sanoo:
He smiles. 'I suppose. But you sure can kiss.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Only one of my many expertises in that area Naib."
Aegnor sanoo:
He leans in and kisses her again.
'Mm. Indeed.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She sits down in his knee, spreading her legs around his waist. "Mhm… so what do you like to do?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Other than kiss you?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"If there is anything else yes." She looks him into the eyes, smiling.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, if you had to guess at something I like?' He winks.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Talking?" She chuckles.
Aegnor sanoo:
'True enough. But how am I supposed to hold a meaningful conversation like this?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"So wrong guess then?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Talking is fine… but you're distracting.' He wraps a single arm around her waist.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I would like to belive so, I don't want to be plain."
Aegnor sanoo:
'You're anything but.' He draws her a little closer and kisses her lightly.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Hm, somehow I never quite imagined we would end up like this."
Aegnor sanoo:
'How did you imagine us ending up then?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I didn't have any clear ideas at all."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, what do you think about this result?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I can honestly say, I'm not dissapointed how it turned out, I got the boy in the end." She smiles.
Aegnor sanoo:
'You gonna try and keep him?' He smiles back.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Okay… getting dizzy >.> Should sleep… we can continue when I wake up.) "I suppose I must, not many other intresting boys around here."
Aegnor sanoo:
(okay)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She says a bit jokingly.
(I was about to write "car" at some point^^)
(So yeah, going to bed )
Aegnor sanoo:
'Why you.' He grins. 'No other reason at all?'
night
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Other then the boy is very attractive, kind, generous, intresting, intelligent, strong, experienced and funny? None at all."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I think I'll have to silence you before you embarrass me further.' He kisses her deeply.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She kisses him back repeatedly, letting her experienced hands explore his body (Yeah cheese.)
Aegnor sanoo:
'Mm. I think…' *kiss* '…we're done talking.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah >.>)
"It feels… odd." She hesitates a bit.
Aegnor sanoo:
'In a bad way?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"No- I, bad memories I guess… it have nothing to do with you Naib."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Oh. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"no, no it's okay… I must get over it eventually, so why not here, with you?"
A hand slips under his skirt.
Aegnor sanoo:
'If you're sure.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I… I don't know, but there is only one way to find out right?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Just tell me if you… don't push it.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well… what I would do now is completely by my own choice, I'm not even drunk… back there they feed us lust potions…"
Aegnor sanoo:
He shudders. 'Horrible…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I'm completely ruining the mood…"
"But I don't actually remembering anything beside that they did it, I have just feelings I guess…"
Aegnor sanoo:
He wraps his arms around her gently and hugs her. 'I'm sorry…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She hugs him back "I should be sorry…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'No, you're just a victim here. If they hadn't trashed the place, I'd do it myself.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"It was nothing wrong with the place… not until the madness came, they weren't themselves, I wasn't myself. I was that mad woman you first met." She presses herself very tightly against him as to seek comfort.
Aegnor sanoo:
He holds her, as if to keep her safe. 'You're free now…'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Let's assume she asked Aegnor) "The others never came free, I don't remember what happend but Aegnor said when they came there, they were all dead…"
Her voice sounds slightly shaken.
Aegnor sanoo:
(»)
(well what am I supposed to say to that )
He just tries to comfort her the best he can.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Up to you >.>)
Aegnor sanoo:
(Well I don't think there's anything you CAN say to that. )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She recovers after a while "Sorry… just memories…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'It's best you let it out. You'll have to deal with it in the end.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
He can feel that Zola is shaking slightly "I guess I have, but I rather not remember anything… anything at all…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Shh. It's all gone now, for good.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She dosen't say much else, just holding him tightly as a after match she finally starts to cry silently, in small sobs.
Aegnor sanoo:
He quietly comforts her until she's done.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She is eventually. But it takes a while, it was a lot to get out, she kept saying things on another language between the sobs.
Her breathing becomes regular and he can feel how she relaxes more in his embrace.
"Still awake?" she says were quietly.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah. How are you?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Better…" *sniff*
"Sorry for all that, I don't know what happend."
Aegnor sanoo:
'No. It was good you let it out.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
He might feel that his shoulder is quite wet from her tears.
Aegnor sanoo:
He doesn't mind. 'What kind of a friend would I be if I wasn't here for you.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Thanks for being here…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Any time.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't what- *sniff* would have happend…"
"Can you sleep over here?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah, I will if you wish.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She finally releases her grip around him.
(I guess he dose the same?)
Aegnor sanoo:
Yes. 'Ah, now I can breathe.' He smiles slightly.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She smiles back tiredly and then takes a few steps to almost fall into the bed.
Aegnor sanoo:
(weren't they on it? eh, whatever)
only one bed I suppose
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah, but she kind of walks in a half circle to it when he releases her.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(okay)
'Sleep well.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Mhm…" She mumbles, looking like she is going to fall asleep on the cover.
Aegnor sanoo:
He steps to her and gently lifts her, tucking her properly into the bed and covering her. 'That's better.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Thanks…" She mumbles before she closes her eyes.
And she falls asleep instantly.
Aegnor sanoo:
there's one bed?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yes, a double bed.)
Aegnor sanoo:
He ponders for a moment and then quietly slips into the other side of the bed if he can do it without disturbing her. If not, he'll just snatch one pillow and sleep on the floor.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She is already sleeping quite deeply.
Aegnor sanoo:
Probably first option then.
Morning or Allyria dream or go to sleep irl too?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
What do you want?
Aegnor sanoo:
Depends on how long Naib/Zola morning would last but I think we don't want to leave things too far behind in the timeline
Shadowcaller sanoo:
I need to eat and stuff…
Aegnor sanoo:
how do you eat at this time anyway?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Hey, you eat at this time as well
Aegnor sanoo:
point
but I don't have food v.v
so, eat I suppose
She'll wake earlier than him I imagine.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Indeed… but my parents are still walking around for some reason… I swear this is the third time they used the bath room tonight
brb
Aegnor sanoo:
.
.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
back
Aegnor sanoo:
(you know… I'm only arguing in Nomic to prevent them from noticing it's a Prime round)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(hehe.)
(Whatever that means )
Aegnor sanoo:
(it means their votes 'against' my proposal to stop the rule that prevents me from winning actually count as 'for' it)
(so, your turn to start RPing )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Right >.>)
Well, she dosen't really want to wake him up (what day is this?)
Aegnor sanoo:
(I'm not really sure… I think we have to retcon Zola not being in the Miranda conversation or something)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah, I guess.)
I guess she goes and eat some breakfast in silence.
Aegnor sanoo:
well… Naib sleeps.
how long did she sleep?
Shadowcaller sanoo:
QUite long, she was exhuasted
Aegnor sanoo:
then I guess Naib wakes up while she's eating
Shadowcaller sanoo:
For an elf that is
She have her deep hood on, but looks up as he comes to the table "Hi…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Morning. You feeling any better?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"A bit." She looks down on the table again.
"How are you?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'm fine.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"You should get something to eat…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I suppose.' He orders some breakfast.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't know what to say really…" She says as she have finished hers and he have started on his.
Aegnor sanoo:
'Say anything you want. We shouldn't get stuck on words now.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"It just burst last night, it wasn't meant to be like that, I just wanted a nice evening with you."
Aegnor sanoo:
'We had a nice evening first. And I really think it was good for you to let it out.'
He gives her a small smile. 'Though I suppose I should take you on another date some time.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"If you really want to date an emotional wreck." >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
'Don't say that.' v.v
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Sorry… I'm just sensetive right now."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, you know I'll be here for you.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I know Naib… maybe some ther time?"
*other
Aegnor sanoo:
'Time heals.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Time makes us forget…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Not always. But hopefully it lets us forgive.'
'Heal ourselves, that is.' He smiles.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Feelings are easier to forget then memories."
She looks up again, it's a bit hard to see her face underneath the hood "We can do this again later, under better circumstances."
Aegnor sanoo:
'If you feel so.' He pauses for a moment. 'I have to say that I never envisioned my first proper date ending in the woman crying herself to sleep.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
Zola smiles slightly under the hood. "Well, you picked the wrong woman I guess."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I wouldn't do that. I picked you, after all.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She nods "You did."
"Maybe we two are equally insane hm?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'm more.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"…don't say that Naib, I really was insane. It's nothing funny about it." >.>
Aegnor sanoo:
'Sorry, you're right.'
(though she was the one who started joking about it )
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah, but he said he was more then her, which she reacted on.)
Aegnor sanoo:
'most likely true however'
er
()

Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Err… I doubt that >.>)
Aegnor sanoo:
(her mind whisperer was killed and then she was healed to be as sane as sane can be by a god. )
(or well, thrown out)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(It escaped on it's own choice actually.)
(Not it's effecting other people…)
(And it was Jainas mind whisperer, not Zola's.)
(She had the clown monster.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(well, whatever that was)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(It was a Derrit actually, not that it means anything to you.)
"So… what now?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I think I'll move to this inn. I'll need to go arrange that there, though.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"If you really want to do that Naib…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Of course.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Go ahead then, I don't mind."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I can stay for a while. I need to finish eating, anyway.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Okay… hm, the others…"
"Eh, nothing."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Hm?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She shakes her head "Just wondering about the others reactions."
Aegnor sanoo:
'We don't need to tell them. But I doubt they'd mind.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I guess not, they seem pretty open minded."
Aegnor sanoo:
'Yeah.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I guess you don't have that good relationship with them however…"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Why so?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I mean… you live alone."
Aegnor sanoo:
'That's just how I prefer it. They're good people and I'll help them with their quests. But I'm not really one of them.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"What makes "one of them" and why aren't you included to that group?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'Heh. I don't really know to define it. I guess it's just because I feel like that.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I guess…"
"I don't know where I belong anymore."
Aegnor sanoo:
'With me, for now?' He smiles. 'You'll find something in time.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"You for." She smiles
*now
Aegnor sanoo:
(?)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
*you for now
Aegnor sanoo:
He's finished his food a while ago. 'And I'll stay with you for as long as you want.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"You will?" WHile it's hard to see her face, she clearly looks suprised.
Aegnor sanoo:
'What else would I do?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"I don't know… I only thought… most my relationships are quite short, usually."
*of my
Aegnor sanoo:
'Well, if we're going to travel for months together you'll have plenty of chances to grow tired of me.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Well see naib, well see." She smiles
*Naib
Aegnor sanoo:
'We will.'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"Maybe I can wish to forget everything that happend there, hm?"
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'm not sure if that's good for you, but it can be done. Hope mentioned me once she and Cessie have had their memories removed at some point, although they gained them back.'
'You really should ask Kaos what exactly you can wish for and how it works, though.'
(I oughta go to sleep soon)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(Yeah, we should say we end here…) "I should… let me think about it for a while will you? I have the statue here after all."
Aegnor sanoo:
(nah, let's finish this one)
Shadowcaller sanoo:
(I mean, we try to end it soon.)
Aegnor sanoo:
(well yeah)
'What about you tell me what you found out once I get back here?'
Shadowcaller sanoo:
She nods "Okay."
Aegnor sanoo:
'I'll be back later today.' He smiles and stands up.
Shadowcaller sanoo:
"See you later." Zola waves.
Aegnor sanoo:
'See you.' He returns the wave before departing.
