[23:45] General Shrimp: "Heh, yes well, it's pretty obvious that you find her remarkable." Hector lets out a quiet chuckle and starts carefully inspecting each arrow.
[23:46] Happy: it's basically silver plating on the existing arrowheads
[23:46] Shadowcaller: Arim blushes and looks away. "Err… yeah, I guess."
[23:46] Happy: A bit clumsy due to being softened and hammered into place rather than molten on. Needs a proper forge.
[23:47] General Shrimp: "Tsk, there's nothing to be so embarrassed about, you know? Love is a wonderful thing." Regardless, with only the simple tools they have, Hector couldn't have done something like this, so he's quite impressed with the arrows.
[23:48] Shadowcaller: "Love?" Arim looks back at you, looking a bit suprised "I- I guess…"

[23:49] General Shrimp: "Maybe love is too strong a word. Whatever you two have, it's nothing you should be afraid of letting other people see."
[23:51] Shadowcaller: "We are so few and my sister is here… I don't think it would be appropiated."
[23:52] General Shrimp: "Well, in that case may I suggest you do a better job of hiding it? When you blush as soon as I walk into the room, it's pretty obvious…"
[23:53] Happy: Karen goes to find Derek.
[23:53] Shadowcaller: "…Neria knows, but I don't like to be 'on' with Karen around her… you know what I mean?"
[23:55] General Shrimp: "…not really. I can't say I've ever really been in the same position as you."

[23:58] General Shrimp: "Well, in my line of work…relationships aren't really a good idea, you know?"

[00:00] Murska: 'Yeah.' He turns.
[00:01] General Shrimp: "A mercenary, a scout. I act as a way of exploring the route ahead of an army sometimes, other times I have to locate the enemy, record their size and movements, sometimes I'm used to set up ambushes…all by whoever pays me the most."
[00:02] Shadowcaller: "Oh… did it go well?"
[00:02] General Shrimp: "Well…I'm still alive."
[00:03] Happy: "I told her."
[00:03] Shadowcaller: "Um, I suppose, but was it a good job? You got a lot of money?"
[00:04] General Shrimp: "Enough to live on. There hasn't been as much demand, recently…"

[00:07] General Shrimp: "I don't know. Maybe there is still demand and there's just more people doing mercenary work. Either way, money's been a bit scarce recently. But…I know how to live off the land quite easily."

[00:11] General Shrimp: "Ah, I see. Well, I've sometimes wondered if that's a better option. Money is fine if you've got a lot of it…"

[00:14] Happy: "That doesn't make any sense."
[00:14] General Shrimp: "It's all too easy to waste money. If you use it sensibly, it works."
[00:15] Murska: 'I think she should know, but it wasn't my place to tell her. If you didn't think that way, then it's good that you did.'
[00:15] Shadowcaller: "I'm not used to it, thats why I ended up in slavery." He sigh
[00:16] Happy: "So right or wrong depends on the person who does it? Mother didn't believe that."
[00:16] General Shrimp: "Slavery? How barbaric."
[00:17] Wolfbane: If anyone is paying attention, they may hear the clip clop of horse hooves approaching. >.>

[00:22] Shadowcaller: (Unless they are demonic horses!)
[00:22] General Shrimp: "Weird place for…a hores to be. Excuse me." Hector hops up the stairs and grabs his bow and arrows, poking the unresponsive Wren as he passes. Whoever they are, they might not be friendly.
[00:22] Happy: "Oh… I'd better go get my bow…"
[00:23] Murska: 'Let's head to the others.'
[00:23] Shadowcaller: Luna is not in the camp.
[00:23] Wolfbane: Anyone looking will see a rugged looking woodsman in leather armor leading a horse with a girl on it towards them. He seems to carry no weapons.
[00:23] Elly: ( >.>) Wren wakes up… sort of. Stops daydreaming, really. "What is it, Hector?"
[00:23] General Shrimp: "Something outside, sounds like a horse." And with that, back down the stairs he goes.
[00:24] Happy: Karen goes to find where she left her bow, and then peers out to see who is coming.
[00:25] Elly: Wren follows him back down the stairs, stopping before entering the sunlight coming through the door or windows, though.
[00:26] Shadowcaller: Arim have taken up a bow as well, not really sure how to react to this.
[00:26] Happy: (and all our silver arrows?)
[00:26] General Shrimp: (Y'know, I was just about to say that!)
[00:26] Wolfbane: When the man sees the others, he speaks up. “Is there a Wren Inaria here?” His hands are held in the open to show he’s not carrying weapons.

[00:27] Murska: Derek is somewhere close.

[00:29] Wolfbane: “I know she is here, but I understand. However, I do need to talk to you all. I would hope you’d listen because I was the one who got the demon army off of your asses before they came down and killed you all. No matter how much silver you have.”

[00:29] Shadowcaller: (Well… just wanted that clear.)
[00:30] General Shrimp: "If you know she is here, why bother asking?"
[00:30] Wolfbane: “Because I needed to make sure. I’m not here to hurt anyone. Quite the opposite.”
[00:30] Murska: Derek takes his sword out slowly.
[00:31] Wolfbane: He’s been keeping his arms up and hasn’t moved threateningly at all.
[00:31] General Shrimp: "Yeah, you know you're not the first one to say that. The last demon who said that tried to persuade us to kill other children."
[00:31] Happy: Karen moves closer to Arim.
[00:31] Shadowcaller: The girl on the horse seems quite nervous.
[00:31] Wolfbane: “My companion can tell you that I speak the truth. She is one of you.”
[00:31] Murska: 'And one of you.'
[00:32] General Shrimp: "Anyway, we're all here. So go ahead and talk."
[00:32] Wolfbane: “Only until we can turn her back.”
[00:32] Murska: 'So leave her here and go away, we'll turn her back.'
[00:33] Shadowcaller: "Wait, what?" The girls say in a high voice.
[00:33] Elly: Wren looks across at Hector (Who's by/inside the door?) and whispers across, "The pyramid. You think it would…"
[00:33] Shadowcaller: Arim keeps Karen close to her while holding his bow.
[00:33] General Shrimp: (By the door. Visible to Wolfy.)
[00:33] Murska: (where's the log about the conversation with the shadow demon?)
[00:33] Wolfbane: “If you can do what you say, then turn her back now. There are other things to speak of.”

He does, however, frown at Derek, "I hope you know what you're doing."

[00:45] Happy: (Maelstrus seems to have the same silver tongue that Murska has)

[00:46] Wolfbane: He looks at the girl. “Go on ahead, and get turned back. I’m staying out here to talk.”
[00:46] Wolfbane: “And I can’t leave, or the demon army will come crashing down here.”

[00:46] Shadowcaller: The girl leaps off the horse and takes a few unsure steps towards the party.
[00:47] Wolfbane: “My companion heard every word of that conversation. She knows its the truth.”
[00:47] General Shrimp: "She's also your companion, which means we can't trust her."
[00:47] Murska: 'So why aren't you talking?'
[00:47] Murska: Derek waits for the girl.
[00:48] Wolfbane: “She hates me because I killed her parents. Doesn’t that give you enough reason to trust her?”
[00:48] Shadowcaller: "Eh…." She stops, looking not sure what to do. "I heard they say that…"
[00:48] Shadowcaller: "But I'm fine with you killing him thought."

[00:48] General Shrimp: Hector sighs, getting very frustrated.
[00:48] Wolfbane: “If I die, all the other demons arrive.”

[00:49] Happy: Karen steps outside and puts her hand out towards Sylvia. "Come on then."
[00:49] Wolfbane: “They know I’m here. And would you want to even risk killing me if it is truth?”
[00:49] Wolfbane: “They control a major portal near here and have only stopped coming through because I told them to.”
[00:49] Elly: Wren slips back upstairs before anyone (or thing) comes back inside. >.>
[00:50] Shadowcaller: She takes her hand, Looking nervous, just nodding and following Karen wherever she leads her.
[00:50] General Shrimp: "You know, if you demons have control over all these portals, why haven't you just taken over this world entirely?"
[00:50] Happy: Karen leads her inside the mill.
[00:51] Murska: 'Excuse me for a moment.' Derek follows Karen.
[00:51] Wolfbane: “Because of my lord. He controls most of it, and keeps it in balance. He never lets too many through at one time. He’s of the… older school of thought. There are a few who wish to change that though.”

[00:54] Wolfbane: “I want your help in stopping those few. Specifically a demoness named Mithra. She is one of my lord’s most trusted individuals, but has been planning to kill him with the help of a rival.”
[00:54] Shadowcaller: The girl seems to notice the sword and lets go of Karen's hand "Sylvia Ironheart…" She takes a step backwards "What are you going to do with that sword?" She seems a bit too mature for such a little girl.
[00:55] Murska: The sword he sheathed?
[00:55] General Shrimp: "…what? You want us to kill /more/ demons? Seriously?"
[00:55] Shadowcaller: (Oh, I missunderstood.)
[00:55] Elly: ( You were going to beat her to death with a blunt case? JEEZE, Murky!)

[00:55] Wolfbane: “The name I have is Maelstrus, and I’m here to stop the destruction of your realm. I had to kill her parents because if I didn’t, others would kill them /and/ her and her brother who is currently being held hostage.”
[00:56] Shadowcaller: She takes a stop backwards "What are you going to do?"
[00:56] Shadowcaller: *Step
[00:56] Murska: 'I'm going to start turning you back.'
[00:56] Wolfbane: “If you ask her, I’ve only killed one other /good/ child. The others were murderers and rapists.”
[00:56] Shadowcaller: "How?" She demands.
[00:57] Murska: 'With the power of an angel.'
[00:57] General Shrimp: "And in exchange for killing some other demon who is undoubtedly far more powerful than us? And murder is murder, even if you murder a rapist."
[00:57] General Shrimp: "Also, /again/ we /can't/ trust her."
[00:57] Wolfbane: “And if that rapist tries to rape Sylvia?”
[00:57] Wolfbane: “I’d say it was justified.”
[00:58] Happy: Karen bites her lip, and looks at Derek, realizing what he's about to do.
[00:58] General Shrimp: "To a demon, maybe. There is a system of law in this world, you know?"
[00:58] Elly: Wren is upstairs, unwrapping the pyramid from Hector's pack. Just in case. >.>
[00:58] Shadowcaller: (Well, she did look older back then… /totally justified.) "Uh… how would that work?"
[00:58] Wolfbane: “Yes, and if you don’t help, there will be no more laws.”

[00:59] Wolfbane: “Even your so called angels wouldn’t be able to stop her.”

[00:59] General Shrimp: "That's what you say anyway. But, how the hell do you expect us to stop someone that even an angel would lose to?"
[00:59] Murska: 'First, I'm going to make sure you don't hurt anyone, and then I'm going to give you an amulet, kind of the opposite the one he must have used to turn you. It'll take a while, however.'
[01:00] Wolfbane: “The angels could kill her by herself. I meant the armies she’d gain.”
[01:00] General Shrimp: "So why not get the angels to kill her?"
[01:00] Happy: Karen puts her hand in Arim's, shaking slightly.
[01:00] Wolfbane: “Because they don’t want to. I don’t know, I was lucky they didn’t eat me out of hand.”
[01:01] Shadowcaller: "Fine, do it then." Sylvia gives a shrug, suddenly looking confident.
[01:01] Wolfbane: “And besides, the gates and portals have to be opened by demons most of the time”
[01:01] Shadowcaller: (Angels can't enter the demon world, they resist all magic, including the portal magic..)
[01:01] General Shrimp: "So you're expecting us to, what, infiltrate the demon world and track down this powerful demoness and kill her? Even if we succeed, we'd still die trying to get back out!"
[01:01] Murska: He touches her and freezes her neck in place, then takes out the amulet from his clothing.
[01:03] Shadowcaller: Sylvia's eyes shine up as she see the amulet. "…do it."
[01:03] Wolfbane: “Thats actually pretty close to what I was planning. But we’d be killing her ally instead. And it isn’t nearly as dangerous as you think it is. Its a bit like here, just with demons instead.”
[01:03] Murska: He puts it on her.
[01:03] Shadowcaller: Derek might want to take off the amulet she have around her neck now first thought…
[01:03] Murska: Ah, well of course.
[01:03] Murska: :P
[01:04] Happy: Karen starts crying. (geez… she does that as often as Wren hides…)
[01:04] General Shrimp: …"Yeah, not dangerous at all, I mean it's only DEMONS! Why is it always us? Is there no group of demons that'd assist you? Why the hell do you bastards keep trying to drag us into your schemes?"

[01:04] Murska: Technically she's already frozen
[01:04] Elly: Wren watches from the top of the stairs, just barely in sight and hiding the pyramid behind her.

[01:04] Wolfbane: “Why you? Because you have demon powers and I’m asking you because you’ve actually scared the demon army into calling reinforcements before I came here.”

[01:05] Murska: Does the amulet she has come off?
[01:06] Shadowcaller: Yes. (he haven't put in the other amulet yet thought) "WHy are you crying?" Sylvia asks bluntely.
[01:06] General Shrimp: "Scared them? Hah! Hardly. Look, even if this demoness is a threat, I still have no intention of stepping onto your home turf. I might agree to it if there was some way to get her…or whoever her ally is…on this side of a portal."
[01:06] Murska: He disgustedly throws the old amulet aside.
[01:06] Shadowcaller: Arim seems a bit uncomfortable with Sylvia.
[01:06] Murska: Then he takes the other one and starts putting it on.
[01:08] Shadowcaller: Karen can see it glittering in the dark. Sylvia starts taking quick breaths as he slowly puts it on. Then her eyes turns white and she starts swaying.
[01:08] Wolfbane: “Look, I really am trying to save your realm, hopefully turning back the girl if you haven’t killed her already, and came here in the open, no weapons.”
[01:08] Happy: Karen shakes her head and doesn't answer.
[01:09] Shadowcaller: (The demon amulet that is.)
[01:09] General Shrimp: "Girl could be a trap, you could have hidden weapons, you could have allies hidden all over the place, you may just want our realm for yourself."
[01:09] Murska: Derek freezes the amulet in place, next.
[01:09] Murska: Then he steps back.
[01:10] Shadowcaller: The one she have around her neck?
[01:10] Murska: Actually just a small part of it
[01:10] Wolfbane: “I don’t want to rule anything. Too much work. And go check on the girl yourself if you don’t trust me.”

[01:15] Murska: 'Outside.'
[01:15] Murska: He stops the freezing. 'Want to sit down?'
[01:15] Shadowcaller: Now sounding like she is aware of her sorrundings… at least to a certain level.
[01:15] Shadowcaller: "Yeah… thanks…" She sits down on the ground, scratching the back of her head a bit.
[01:16] Shadowcaller: "He kept his word…"
[01:16] Wolfbane: “Only two targets. Mithra, and the enemy Sultan she is working for. While an entire demon army likely couldn’t infiltrate his territory, you people, with all your silver weapons and powers could kill him easily without being noticed.”

[01:17] Shadowcaller: Sylvia sigh "I belive him… a bit if that counts for anything."
[01:17] Murska: 'I'm afraid I don't believe him.'

[01:18] Wolfbane: “One shot with an arrow would kill him. He’s one of the major demons. Not as powerful as my lord is, but he’s smart. He’s allied himself with Mithra who tried to convince me to kill all of you. The reason I’m helping /you/ is because the moment she gets into power, she’d kill me.”
[01:18] Murska: 'I'm needed outside and, just for safety precautions, I should freeze you again. But I don't want you to be uncomfortable.'

[01:33] Wolfbane: “Thats why he sent me after you in the first place. To get his powers back.”
[01:33] Shadowcaller: (Derek is coming with a drawn sword.})
[01:35] Murska: He's just standing there.
[01:36] Wolfbane: He notices. “If you want me to leave, say so and I will. But at least let me unload Sylvia’s belongings.”

[01:42] Wolfbane: He sets the bags off to the side and looks out of the corner of his eye, wary of past experiences with strange objects.

[02:29] Murska: Then he glances behind them in the forest. Is there any small buildings or villagers or manors or whatever nearby?
