[17:21] Happy: Happy won't be sleeping during the battle
[17:21] Murska: I say we'll RP a bit and then maybe start the battle but not really resolve it.

[17:25] Murska: Aegnor holds her for a while, while he still can before the battle, then tries to carefully untangle himself.

[17:29] Murska: Aegnor retrieves his clothing and equipment silently.
[17:29] Murska: He takes a step towards the door but then looks at Cessie sleeping peacefully and hesitates.
[17:29] Happy: Outside, people are stirring. Happy is telling Keleron where they enemy is located.
[17:30] Wolfbane: Wolfbane still walks along the wall, keeping watch.
[17:31] Murska: (Again most of you woke before me. :P)
[17:31] Wolfbane: (Wolfbane never went to sleep)
[17:31] Happy: (the rest of us weren't kept up half the night by a hot wizard chick)

[17:32] Happy: Aegnor can hear the continual murmuring of the nature spirits in his mind.
[17:33] Murska: He sits on a chair, or if there is none, the floor
[17:33] Murska: then blanks
[17:34] Happy: He is getting better at making sense of the input. The swamp sprites are crying out in pain as they encounter the worms.
[17:36] Murska: Aegnor tries to gather information about the enemy.
[17:37] Happy: "They are here." "We are slowing them." "The worms are terrible." He gets a view of the enemy, but it is very blurry, seen through multiple sets of eyes.
[17:39] Happy: The Tree-mind is hard to reach, because of the nearness of the perversion.
[17:39] Happy: It can be heard distantly, crying for help.
[17:39] Murska: /How close are they?/
[17:43] Happy: "Close to you." "Near the edge of our realm." "We tried to stop them, but they are so strong. It hurts to touch them."
[17:44] Murska: /Try to keep safe. We will have to handle them ourselves./

[17:46] Murska: /Yeah, she's sleeping right here./

[17:51] Happy: The sprites will continue to gossip about silly matters for as long as Aegnor is willing to listen. But their actual useful information does give him a sense of what the enemy is up to.

[17:53] Murska: Aegnor thanks them once more for keeping Cessie safe and then focuses on the outside world again.

[17:55] Shadowcaller: (they are most likely trashing trees and lifting up rocks, if the spirits can feel that.)

[19:00] Happy: She'll find them on the roof of the Tower, with Ai. Ai looks miserable.
[19:00] Shadowcaller: "What is it Ai? You are not trying to prevent anything are you?"
[19:01] Happy: *in a low voice* "You mean to do this?"
[19:02] Murska: Aegnor is outside, trying to find Happy and Wolfbane and also helping out again wherever he can.
[19:02] Shadowcaller: "Yes? Why would I *not* do it? its our only option here Ai."
[19:03] Happy: He smiles graciously. "If you desire my help, you shall have it."
[19:04] Shadowcaller: "Well, now I desire you to explain *why* you object against this."
[19:05] Happy: "I told you my objections yesterday. But since you are all intent on this, I no longer have any."
[19:05] Shadowcaller: "Hm, well, where are Noel and Caster then?"
[19:09] Happy: Noel and Caster are here on the roof as well, studying their books. Despite being open to the sky, the air is not cold up here.

[19:10] Happy: Aegnor finds Happy checking the perimeter

[19:11] Shadowcaller: (they are still in the swamp, seems like they are staying there more time then nescessary…)
[19:12] Happy: Happy gives their locations. "I would have expected to see them by now."
[19:14] Murska: 'They're ripping out trees and rocks.'
[19:15] Happy: "Why would they do that? To punish the nature spirits?"
[19:16] Murska: 'Or to prepare something to attack us with.'
[19:17] Happy: Caster is studying something that looks like a dowsing rod and moving around slowly, as if he's searching for something.
[19:18] Shadowcaller: "So, what are you doing? I'm not late am I?"
[19:19] Happy: Noel: "Caster's locating the exact center of the magic nexxus that exists here."
[19:19] Shadowcaller: "Ahh, may I ask why? To lead our magic energy, ot to find the worms?"
[19:20] Shadowcaller: *or
[19:22] Happy: "Finding the worm will be the easy part. But Caster believes that by centering our own wizard's circle on the nexxus, it will strengthen our abilities. He knows the most about such things."
[19:22] Happy: Happy: "Should a few of us go out and try to stop them?"
[19:23] Murska: 'I don't think we can risk it, not to mention making them stop would probably mean crippling them badly enough that it'd be basically sallying.'
[19:25] Murska: 'I'd like to see what they're doing, though.
[19:25] Happy: (I just retconned Helena's appearance, after finding the perfect picture for her)
[19:25] Murska: (she switches her outlook all the time anyway. :P)
[19:26] Happy: In Aegnor's head "Can you see?" "We can show you" The swamp dryads and sprites try to show Aegnor what the enemy is doing, but he's getting too many views at once.
[19:26] Murska: /Please, one view, so I can make some sense of it./
[19:29] Happy: One by one, the spirits close their eyes or disappear into the water, cutting off one of their views, until only one of them is looking. Aegnor is now seeing through the eyes of a tiny pixie who is looking at the enemy from a clump of swamp grass. (and SC will have to tell you what the pixie sees)
[19:30] Shadowcaller: (they will most likely see those corrupted ents ripping out rocks and trees and put them into a large pile
[19:30] Shadowcaller: (There are worms everywhere.)
[19:31] Shadowcaller: (and they are killing every nature spirit they see…)
[19:32] Murska: /You should get out of there if you can./
[19:35] Happy: (poor nature spirits. They are very good at hiding though, usually by turning themselves into grass or water or tiny swamp animals. Contact with a worm hurts them badly though.)
[19:36] Shadowcaller: (There are hundreds of undead trampeling around too.)
[19:36] Happy: "Yes Sir," The pixie says, and her view vanishes as she disappears.
[19:36] Shadowcaller: (And the walker is there…)
[19:37] Happy: (Most of the swamp spirits are small enough to avoid the big things. Dryads are being killed by the tree uprooting though :()
[19:37] Shadowcaller: (any nymphs in the water? I think its crawling with worms by now.)
[19:38] Happy: (no the nymphs are either killed or fled to other waters)
[19:39] Shadowcaller: (Anyway, thats what he might have seen in the eyes of other pixies at least.)
[19:39] Murska: Aegnor relays this information to the others.
[19:40] Murska: (as in, Happy)=
[19:40] Happy: (Kelaron and Kilia too, I imagine)

[19:42] Shadowcaller: (Kilia and Kelaron should be around here somewhere, they are quite easy to spot after all.)

[19:45] Happy: Caster finally seems satisfied that he's found the center of the nexxus, which he marks with a blue stone. He then takes careful measurements and marks a circle around it about 1.5 meters in diameter.
[19:46] Shadowcaller: "There is our focus then?"
[19:47] Happy: "Yes. I will channel the anti-magic, Caster will convert it into usable mana, and you will need to expend it by casting spells. Are you ready?"
[19:47] Shadowcaller: "Yes, I think I am."
[19:47] Happy: "Then step into the circle."
[19:48] Shadowcaller: * carefully steps into the circle* "So, what will happend now? A large energy realease I guess?"
[19:48] Shadowcaller: *happen
[19:48] Happy: "I wish they would get here," Happy mutters. Aegnor can see her impatience growing, but she seems to be in control.
[19:49] Happy: Noel and Caster step into the circle as well, and sit on the roof.
[19:49] Happy: "We're doing something unprecedented," Caster says. "We can't be sure what will happen."
[19:49] Murska: 'They'll be here sooner than we'd want.'
[19:50] Shadowcaller: "Have we started? How will we know+"
[19:50] Shadowcaller: *?
[19:51] Happy: "Sit down and clear your mind," Noel says.
[19:51] Shadowcaller: *she dose so*
[19:51] Shadowcaller: (but is still worried about Aegnor.)
[19:52] Shadowcaller: (and Happy)
[19:53] Happy: Noel begins his part of the ritual, which takes him a few minutes. Suddenly he gasps in pain and clutches his head. Ai is immediately behind him, not crossing into the circle, but somehow supporting him.
[19:54] Happy: Cessie can feel the same sick feeling inside that she always felt in the presence of the perversion.
[19:55] Shadowcaller: /Not… this./
[19:55] Shadowcaller: *she tries to think of something Happy, like Aegnor*

[19:56] Wolfbane: (back and going to review what he missed)

[19:57] Happy: Noel reaches for Caster and takes his hand. Caster makes no sound, his eyes fixed on the blue stone. Cessie can feel the energy changing, and now she's aware of the anti-magic focused on Noel warring with the magic focused on Caster.
[19:57] Happy: Caster reaches out for Cessie's hand.
[19:57] Shadowcaller: *she takes it*
[19:58] Shadowcaller: About at the same time a deafening explosion can be heard at the outer magic shield
[19:58] Shadowcaller: A large blouder is torn apart by the magics
[19:59] Shadowcaller: ANd that is quickly followed by a another boulder, and another one…
[19:59] Shadowcaller: The sound is so high its covering all other sounds
[19:59] Happy: When Cessie takes Caster's hand, she feels a powerful surge of power. More than she's ever felt before. And since her mind was focused on Aegnor, she's instantly aware of him, able to see what he's doing and seeing.
[20:00] Happy: The power is building stronger and stronger. She needs to start casting spells to use it up before it consumes her.
[20:00] Murska: Aegnor rushes to the explosion site
[20:00] Murska: without getting close enough to get hit, though. :P
[20:00] Shadowcaller: The shield seems to be weakening quickly
[20:01] Wolfbane: Hearing the explosions, Wolfbane runs forward to investigate.

[20:01] Shadowcaller: There is panic inside the regugee camp
[20:02] Happy: There is so much light that the whole area is lit as if full noon.
[20:02] Shadowcaller: More stones and tree trunks rain down upon the shield

[20:02] Shadowcaller: The shield is now fading…

[20:02] Happy: (What is Cessie casting shield on?)
